Work experience in Asia, Japan and the US and in multiple industries including luxury retail, hospitality, banking, consulting, C-suite recruitment, gaming & entertainment.
Currently, she is EVP, Chief of Staff to Chairman, Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Since 2018, she has also served as a Director of Studio City International Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of the Company listed on the NYSE. Her portfolio comprises of Executive Compensation working with the Board’s Compensation Committee regarding compensation for Board Directors/ CEO/ C-suite executives; Handling customer & colleagues insight and research; corporate & internal communications, corporate investigations, Human Resources, Responsible Gaming; Service Culture; and CSR for which the company has received numerous industry & international awards. She has led the pre-opening of its multiple resorts in Macau, Manila, Cyprus involving up to 7,000 employees for each resort.
